Authorization ID Card Series
Core Technology

- Unique Identity Recognition: Complies with TSG51-2023, each remote control is equipped with a unique ID card. Operation requires card insertion, and removal stops the device, achieving "one machine, one person, one card" for easy management.
- Start Method: Requires inserting the ID card with the barcode facing up, and rotating the emergency stop knob to open.
- Authorization Indication: When the green authorization light flashes, press the start button to activate the device.
- Safe Shutdown: First press the stop button, then remove the ID card and store it properly.
- Unique ID Code: Each device has a unique, non-repeating ID code. One ID card can control multiple transmitters (simultaneous use is strictly prohibited). The card top has a device marking area.
- Clear Identification: Operation panel buttons have clear action mechanism markings to prevent misoperation.
- Voltage Indication: Features undervoltage and battery replacement indicator lights to ensure sufficient power.
- Quick Emergency Stop: Equipped with a prominent rotary mushroom head emergency stop at the top. Normal stop time is controlled within 200ms, far superior to the 550ms standard.
- Anti-interference Capability: When channel interference is too strong or no signal is received, action output can be shut down within 0.4 seconds.

- Strictly prohibited to modify, dismantle, or bypass safety devices in the wireless remote control system without authorization.
Precautions:
- Always check the transmitter casing and buttons; replace immediately if damaged.
- Always pay attention to and check the transmitter voltage; replace batteries immediately if power is low.
- Always check if the emergency stop button is functioning normally before operation.
- In case of any abnormality, immediately press the emergency stop button.
- Do not use two (or more) transmitters simultaneously to operate the same equipment.
- Do not use the same frequency within the same factory area (or within 300 meters) to avoid mutual interference.
Installation & Operation Safety Notice:
- Only professional electricians can connect the power supply to the receiving system.
- Choose a safe operating position with good visibility of the machine, load movement, and surrounding working environment.
- When remote control operation is not needed, press the emergency stop switch of the transmitting system and turn off the transmitting system.
- Properly manage the transmitting system, such as locking it, to prevent unauthorized use.
- In case of emergency or malfunction of the crane and machine, immediately press the emergency stop switch on the transmitting system.
- Maintenance must be performed by professionals authorized and trained by Seif Technology, using original spare parts.
